ORGANISATION OF A VISIT OF PARIS OBSERVATORY BY MEMBERS OF THE SAINT-GOBAIN RECHERCHE FIRM

- General presentation of the history, role, missions, composition and research fields of Paris Observatory.
- Discovery of the solar system scaled model, of the 60 cm and 1 m telescopes and of the spectroheliograph.
- Introduction to solar and exoplanetary physics.

ANNUAL ELBERETH CONFERENCE

Conference organised by and for PhD students in astrophysics in the Parisian region.
Participants: ~ 120 PhD students with diversified nationalities.
Annual budget: ~ 10 000 euros.

Management of all organisation aspects during 2 editions:
​
- Establishment & management of the budget.
- Call for fundings (laboratories, institutes, doctoral schools).
- Update of the website.
- Design & diffusion of the advertising poster & the participant badges.
- Call for invited reviewers & attribution of the timeslots to the speakers.
- Organisation of the social events (coffee breaks, final buffet, visit of Paris Observatory).
- Chairwoman role.
- Redaction of the final report sent to the funding institutions.
